VICTIM OF CYBER-CRIMINALS
Under Attack…
I am a victim of cyber-criminals who have targeted my computer systems and private network from August 23, 2001 to
the present date. All computer systems and private network are connected to a Virtual Remote Access Trojan with a
Remote Boot from a Unix Daemon machine.edu with a backdoor NT RootKit for unauthorized access to the computer
systems and private network that boots everyone by default. Systems are connected to a mis-configured 16-bit server to
spoof the IP address to elude detection by its victims. Cyber-Criminals and ISP Cox Communication added a finger (fingerprint)
to the computer systems and private network for online/offline stalking that continues to the present date. Attempts to remove the
cyber-criminals, it is too late.
OUR FREEDOMS AND DEMOCRACY
Spy program is a threat to our democracy…
Until Americans get a clue to the destruction of our Civil Liberties, all rights are voided at this present time. Hackers
have taken over the internet in the worse way by using the internet as their own personal playground for bullies. Until
law enforcement gets a clue and stop using race and gender as the deciding factor weather to investigate or not, our
democracy, our freedoms and our liberties are voided in America today. Under the spy program all freedoms are
lost forever, democracy will be ancient history.
PERSONAL PRIVACY INVADED

Sine the perpetrators are Administrators from the Community College of Southern Nevada, Cheyenne Campus and owners
of the Daemon machine.edu, my personal privacy is compromised, civil rights altered and oppressed to prevent their dirty little
secret from being exposed. Cyber-Criminals have preformed telephone and wireless espionage, hacked credit reports, voters’
registration, bank accounts, embezzled Federal Student Loans and Identity theft including other crimes against my privacy.
Complaints to the above agencies have fallen on deaf ears; security personnel have refused to accept this breach of security as
fact, security personnel go ballistic at the mere thought of hacked security networks.
STALKED AND HARASSED BY ELECTRONIC MEANS
Hacked By Cyber-Criminals…
Cyber-Stalking and Cyber-Terrorism is stalking by electronics means according to the Department of Justice, the ability to catch
the perpetrators the DOJ believes it is virtual impossible. Not true, I found them and have tried to alert authorities for years to no
avail. Cyber-Stalking and Cyber-Terrorism is the latest form of terrorism on American soil. Civil liberties and privacy is compromised
on a daily basis. Unsuspecting victims are oppressed and stripped of all personal privacy and liberties by the cyber-criminals. Cyber-Criminals
have stolen my identity and the identity of thousands of American citizen who visit the internet each day with tracking cookies and spoofing the
IP address to avoid detection. These are called Black Hats (HACKERS). Crimes committed are high tech crimes and white color criminals.
THREATS OF BODILY HARM
Exposing the Criminals…
Death threats began June 2006 and lasted until August 2006, the perpetrators were bold enough to leave voice messages of their threat
stating that if I continued to complain to officials about the crimes committed against me that I would meet my demise in the end. I have
continued contacting more government agencies also included pictures of the attacks in progress ignoring the threats against me. Eventually
the cyber-criminals erased the message from my voice mail account; threats were coming from phone number -0-, Sprint/Embarq has denied
espionage to my local services. Sprint/Embarg and Verizon Wireless refuse to acknowledge espionage to the local and wireless services
therefore; the activity was captured on video tape and digital camera as proof of espionage to my services. After changing my telephone number
in July 2006, the harassment continued from a clone cellphone of the perpetrators from cell number (716) 526-0080; a reverse search revealed
the location of the telephone number that is used to stalk me. Now January 2007, the reverse search states no listing for this number.
SUSPICIOUS
During a 5-year Investigation…
What prompted this investigation was during the installation of my router and watching the router being chased by an unknown assailant
who has eluded detection until April 2003. Although I began this investigation in 2005 after cloned routers were replaced, the perpetrator
then connected the new routers to a default remote boot address 0.0.0.0. Unaware of the extent of damage to the computer systems and
private network until 2004, I began searching for the cyber-criminals and found it disturbing that Government routers are also attached to
the perpetrators Virtual Remote Access Trojan or VRAT. Denial of Service (inability to access the internet) and Distribution Denial of Service (inability to print documents or fax documents) was present. The VRAT is used to stalk and terrorize their victims. Cyber-Criminals added a SysHack global
surveillance file to the Daemon, this file was found in spring 2006. Spyhole List File used to scan for open ports and vulnerable networks are
breaching security of all networks. April 2006, a magic cookie, secret cookie and RAM hack was also found on the compromised computer
systems and private network. The UNIX system found has read only files to a mis-configured Daemon that boots everyone by remote. Research
into the attacks lead me to a government computer securities site called “KNOW YOUR ENEMY”; this site explains in detail this disturbing
criminal activity that has wreaked havoc in my life. Knowing your enemy helps to solve the mystery as to where attacks are coming from and who
is the hidden enemy.
IGNORANCE IS BLISS…
Public Awareness is ZERO…
Since the public is ignorant to HIGH TECH or WHITE COLLAR CRIMES, criminals are taking advantage to our naïve public. Since
discovering this crime in August 2001 while in attendance at the Community College of Southern Nevada, Cheyenne Campus, I was naïve
too while the criminals lied constantly until I found proof, this the cyber-criminals made the crime obvious because our naivety of the public
and law enforcement. During attendance Civil Right for an Education were oppressed with constant financial aid suspension just to see the
extent of my knowledge in high technology. Bullied by cyber-criminals from CCSN, Cheyenne campus, my civil rights were compromised

LAW ENFORCEMENT AND HIGH TECH CRIMES
Keystone cops or Clueless…
Law enforcement refuses to acknowledge this as a crime either lack of knowledge, clueless, or unwilling to protect victims of color from
these cyber-criminals. Local law enforcement Las Vegas Metro Cyber Crime Task Force refused to take my complaint without a report from
a certified computer technician January 12, 2005. Las Vegas Cyber-Crime Task Force thought my allegations of cyber-crimes were without
merit since I accused school administrators of this crime. I also reported cyber-crimes to the local FBI 11/2004, as of this date the FBI agent I
spoke to will not return my calls as of this date. Sprint/Embarq has now joined in the denial game by allowing continued espionage to my local
service. In a complaint to the FCC, Sprint/Embarq and Verizon Wireless flatly denied my allegations of espionage. Since denial is in the air, all
criminal activity is video taped as evidence as on going criminal activity that has escalated over the years. Now that the perpetrators have convinced
law enforcement that no crime was committed and that I am bi-polar, this criminal activity is now out of control and should be stopped.

At this time, I am waiting for American citizens and law enforcement to catch up with technology. Our Domestic Privacy is at stake, no one
has a clue to the compromise to our Domestic Security. Our private lives are exposed to criminal activity online/offline activities while our
government tries to keep us safe from terrorist.

Raping Civil Rights…
My entire academic career was sabotaged by cyber-criminals disguised as Administrators for Higher Education. White Collar criminals
are hacking our democracy to pieces. Angry that the cyber-criminals have perpetrated this crime since August 2001, my rights for protection
under the law is a continuous violation of our civil rights. Bullied by cyber criminals out of my right, freedom, and liberties, I will continue to
complain until someone listens, until then I will temp the grime reaper to shout my mouth.
